Monday night flatwork
I wanted to get a pic of Clover's new bridle, and I caught her starting to nap while I talked to another boarder.

We didn't work that hard, Clover! Just the usual walk work. I tried to be quieter with my hands and ride more off my seat and leg without caring where her head was. Eventually she started to come more into the contact. We did mostly shallow bending lines, walk-halt-walk transitions, 20 meter circles where again I tried to ride more off my seat and leg aids, and a few trots in both directions. Trying to slowly build up to more trotting en route to conditioning for spring fun.
