Let go of old baggage

I rode Clover. In the magic saddle. I haven't ridden her seriously on the flat all year, since Katrina started riding her for the season. I have to let go of my old baggage with Clover, Katrina really did a lot of good work with her, and now I have to let it happen and feel the improvements. And ride quieter. And start taking lessons again. I guess I need to take more of a feel through the reins, steady the contact by working through the hind end (and hopefully eventually over the back), and then get her to stretch over her topline before riding Clover 'up'. It feels good to be motivated!
