Keane
Slight change of plan on the breeding front … the stallion remains the same, but the mare has been replaced. His breeder sent out a birth announcement on Nov. 14 for her surprise baby, InnisKeane, “Keane” for short.
I’d already been thinking, we have the money stashed … I could buy a horse at any time … why put Clover through breeding and gestation and foaling … plus a couple of my horsey friends reminded me that I had options other than breeding Clover to get my next eventer … then the birth announcement came with this on the last line “For sale, of course… feel free to forward to anyone you know who might be interested.”
We’re going to look at him Sunday. I am 90% sure that we’re going to buy him. Fingers crossed!
