Two steps back, and I ain’t talking about reinback

Rode out in the grass ring with the all-purpose. We had one of those two steps back days following the rein nicely wasn't happening, lateral flexibility wasn't happening, et cetera. I couldn't get Clover stretched over her topline, or her hind end hooked up (as they say in drag racing).

I figure if nothing else, we got a little conditioning in.
